Terms of Service

You sign in with Google or with an email sign-in link, handled by Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account or email secure. If you create an API key in the Service, keep it private; usage made with your key is charged to your account.

• Tools are paid for with credits from a single balance shared by the web tools and the Chrome extensions.
• New accounts receive a small amount of free credits to try the tools.
• Each run deducts credits based on the work done, with a minimum per tool. Typical costs are listed on the pricing page. Runs that fail with an error are generally not charged, and credits held for a run that does not finish are returned.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are only usable on the Service.
• Purchased credits do not expire while the Service operates.

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD, not subscriptions. Checkout is handled by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which may add taxes depending on your location. We never see or store your full card details. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, privacy and publicity rights;
• upload photos of other people without their permission, or create sexual, abusive, deceptive or harmful content;
• create content that impersonates real people or is meant to mislead;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass credit checks or limits;
• use the Browser Agent to access sites or accounts you are not authorized to use, or to break a site's terms.

Requests may be checked by automated safety filters and refused. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep the rights you have in what you upload (photos, text, URLs). You give us permission to process it only to run the tools you ask for, including sending it to our AI provider, Google Gemini. You may use the results you generate, subject to the law and the rights of others.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Check results before you rely on them, especially emails, summaries, formulas and anything you publish or send.

The Browser Agent and Browser Assistant extensions work on the pages you open and the tasks you give them. The Browser Agent can click, type and navigate on your behalf. Review what it plans to do, and approve anything important or irreversible (purchases, submissions, messages) yourself. Scheduled tasks only run while your browser is open.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Tools, models and prices may change, be added or be retired. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and the date above.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Many AI Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by email. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.
