Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so you are never charged again unless you buy another pack. Purchased credits do not expire, so there is no deadline to use them.

Every new account gets free credits, so you can try the tools before paying. Typical costs per run are on the pricing page.

If a tool run fails with an error, it is generally not charged. For longer jobs such as Website to Promo Video, credits are held while the job runs and returned automatically if it does not finish. If you think you were charged for a run that failed, email us and we will check and restore the credits.

• Billing problems: if you were charged twice, or paid and did not receive your credits, contact us and we will add the credits or refund the duplicate payment.
• Unused packs: if you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.
• Used credits: credits that have already been spent on AI runs are not refundable, because the computing cost has already been paid. We will still look at any case where a tool clearly did not work as described.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunded credits are removed from your balance. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
